Low-fee Counselling and Psychological Services

When financial challenges prevent clients from accessing the help they need, Psychological & Counselling Services Group (PCS Group) offers affordable low-fee service through our Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy Training Program.

These services are provided by PCSG’s student clinicians, who are completing Master or Doctoral programs in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy, under the supervision of a registered psychologist/registered psychotherapist.

Supporting our community is part of our service philosophy and tradition. Some may face financial barriers in accessing the needed Psychological services such as psychological assessment and therapy. At the same time, training students is one of PCS Group’s commitments to the field of psychology in nurturing the next generation of psychologists and psychotherapists.

Oshawa Psychological & Counselling Services (as part of PCS Group) is one of the child clinical psychology training partners (2020-2021) of the Toronto Area Residency Consortium (TARC). TARC is a Canadian Psychological Association accredited doctoral clinical psychology residency training program hosted by OISE, University of Toronto.
