Dr. Lauren Steinhart

Psychologist

Dr. Steinhart completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Adler University and is registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. Her Master’s degree is in neuroscience from Queen’s University.

As a clinical psychologist, Dr. Steinhart works with adults who struggle with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, coping skills/stress management issues, trauma-related conditions, relationship issues, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and the interactions between physical and mental health.
