Dr. Anita Teslak

Dr. Anita Teslak is a Registered Psychologist in Ontario in good standing with the College and the Ontario Psychological Association.

Dr. Teslak has over 30 years of experience working with individuals and couples in the mental health field, including those who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and addictions. Her considerable experience includes assessments, executive coaching, consulting, counselling, trauma debriefings, teaching in Colleges and Universities, and providing workshops to organizations.

She is a founder of GreeneStone Residential Treatment facility for addiction and mental health which opened its doors in July 2011. She has held various leadership roles in the Employee Assistance Program industry and was previously the CEO of the Adler School of Psychology.  Dr. Teslak has served on multiple boards, most recently the Board of the Psychology Foundation of Canada where she was Chair of the Workplace Committee.

 Her work has been published in the Individual Journal of Psychology, and she has written articles for various magazines.
